Abstract

The most important thing when developing the economy of any country is to make sure that these rare and important resources are not wasted anywhere by making proper use of the available resources of the country. This requires economic development tools without compromising the countrys environmental principles. Perhaps it is necessary to take care not to harm the environmental elements while prioritizing economic development. For this, along with economic development, it is also necessary to pay attention to the environment. Because the various terrestrial organisms are parasitic, they are interdependent. In this, the very structure of creation depends on the existence of plants and animals. You know the surroundings like plants, water, air and various natural elements. The environment is directly related to nature. In our environment we find a wide variety of animals, plants and other living and non-living things. All this together creates an atmosphere. In today’s mechanical age we are going through such a situation. The knowledge available today related to the environment needs to be put into practice so that the public can easily understand the problem. In such a difficult situation, the society needs to be aware of its duties and responsibilities. Thus in society Environmental awareness can be created. In fact living and inanimate elements together form nature.

Introduction

For the rapid economic development of the countries economy, when various efforts are made to develop the potential for rapid growth in the economy, a lot of new challenges also arise. This raises the question of the economic development of the countrys economy. Many finances arise at this time. You have to decide how to make the best use of scarce resources in terms of economic growth and sustainable development. The first step in planning this is to decide which factors to prioritize. There is ample evidence to suggest that such policies may undermine overall human well-being. For this, economic growth should be based on optimal use of natural resources and at the same time, the environment should be balanced for development. Poverty eradication and sustainable prosperity cannot be achieved without taking care of the environment and natural resources. There is a correlation between environment and economic growth. Environmental and socio-economic development is intertwined in such a way that development cannot be imagined without the impact on the environment. Natural resources and raw materials such as water, timber and minerals are used in industrial production and this leads to environmental damage due to industrial growth. Therefore, it is very important to strike a good balance between environmental development and the sustainability of the economic development

agenda. Balanced use of all dimensions is essential for sustainable development in the environmental, economic and social spheres. Growth can only be sustained if the natural balance is maintained. The environment can generally be divided into two parts. The first is the geographical and natural environment and the second is the artificial and social environment. The natural and geographical environment includes water, plants, livestock, mineral resources, etc. The natural environment has a huge impact on our social and economic life. The artificial and social environment is created by our happy and prosperous life. Thus the economic environment includes the state of the economy, economic rules, beliefs, social direction of economic development, and so on. The economic environment is related to human economic activity. It includes all the activities related to making money and spending efficiently by human

beings. These include agriculture, industry, trade, commerce, transportation, transportation, insurance, banking, government revenue and expenditure, and all other statutory economic activities.

Economic Environment & Development

Considering todays fast paced times, it is clear that the economic environment is never stable. It appears to be constantly changing. The economic environment also affects the domestic and international situation. Economic prosperity and development depend on the environment. The economic environment is employment oriented. And it helps to control the progress of the country. If the economic environment is unfavorable, then poverty, unemployment, hunger, public discontent will have to be faced which hinders the development of any country. If the economic environment of the country is right and balanced, then the country will be on the path of progress and development. For this, social welfare schemes will also be run in the right direction. Human happy life also depends on the balanced development of the economic environment. Therefore, it can be said that the adaptation of the economic environment acts as

a facilitator in the development of the country. For this, it is very important how active the society is and how it works. It is very important for people to have a friendly and balanced environment. If we do not pay attention to environmental protection now, the future of human life will be bleak. For this, we must also take care of the financial environment. By saving the

economic environment, we can make human life happier and safer.

The Process of Economic Development

According to Meyer and Baldwin, Economic growth is the process by which the real national origin of an economy grows in the long run. The famous economist Mehboob-Ul-Haq in his book has considered the process of development as an attack of poverty. It is said that development objectives should be related to eliminating malnutrition, illiteracy, unemployment and inequality. But over time, the relationship between economic development and natural disasters continued. In general, not everyone is aware of the far-reaching consequences of development. Because in low-income countries like India, physical disasters happen to them. In general, not everyone is aware of the far-reaching consequences of development. Because in low-income countries like India, economic development is a more serious problem than environmental problems. Developing countries are currently unable to provide basic services to all people. Environmental wealth is considered to be the first commodity used for the poor, through which they meet their basic needs. But in terms of mass consumption, there are people

from the affluent class who have met their basic needs. In such a situation, environmental wealth becomes an object of material convenience for them. This is why there is a difference in the approach of developed and developing countries. Future disasters appear to be less serious than current concerns in poorer countries on the issue of environmental protection. Hence the rich class Prioritizes environmental issues over development and impoverishes the poor Believes. Only if the countries economy decides to work for economic development can it fill the stomachs of the poor, otherwise the sword of migration will hang over it again and again. But rich and affluent families seem to be thinking about how to live an environment and pollution

free life.

The Idea of Economic Development & Environmental Balance

One of the most talked about issues in the world today is the development of methods that can coordinate and balance the deteriorating relationship between development and the environment. According to leading economist Simon Kuznets, environmental degradation is inevitable in the early stages of development. It is possible to protect and improve only once a certain stage of development has been reached. But according to various reports and studies, the adverse effects on the ecological balance, along with the progressive growth of economic growth, appear to be hot. Economic development is an essential part of human life. This matter is considered indispensable for human society to live with the perfect balance of natural balance. If you look at it from a medical point of view, all natural disasters are caused by catalysts and anthropogenic activities, which appear to be causing massive loss of public and money. Given all these consequences, it is imperative to adopt sustainable development whose nature is inclusive and sustainable. Todays reality is that without all these inclusive sustainable development efforts, economic growth will not take place and its fruits will not be passed on to the next generation.

Some Conditions for Eternal and Inclusive Development

The conditions required for sustainable and inclusive development are as follows. Symbiotic relationship between the consumer human and the productive system. If the complementary relationship between the environment and the economy is established and development is not sustainable and sustainable, the consequences are far-reaching. It is very important to assess such human adverse effects in common disasters like floods, earthquakes, droughts, hurricanes, tsunamis, landslides etc. If we talk about floods, it is a great tragedy, which has brought down many civilizations. Flooding occurs when excess rainfall reduces the grounds water absorption capacity and significantly increases river water levels. Illegal mining, pollution of rivers, increase in toxic gases in the atmosphere, rise in temperature, land pollution, melting of glaciers etc. The biggest problem of current urbanization is the inability of the land to absorb the soil and the lack of proper drainage system greatly increases the risk of flooding. Sometimes floods are caused by the release of water from large reservoirs and dams or by landslides. Floods occur frequently in India every year and cause terrible devastation. In some states of India like Orissa, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, West Bengal, Andhra Pradesh, half of the area has been affected by the floods. Despite this, no disaster management system capable of dealing with floods has been developed to date.

The Imbalance Between Environmental Change and Climate Change

On the other hand, we have seen that natural disasters, such as droughts, continue to occur due to environmental imbalances and climate change. States like Maharashtra are a case in point where farmers have taken suicidal steps due to natural calamities. Drought is a terrible problem that has broken the backbone of agricultural culture. Drought means the absence of rain in general geographical areas despite the possibility of actual rain. Rapid deforestation, over-exploitation of groundwater has upset the balance of the entire aquatic life. El Nino, Global warming is changing the ocean oscillation cycle. Changes in cropping patterns are also considered a cause of drought. Unplanned rainwater management is also blamed for drought conditions. The severity of natural disasters and their dangers Environmental hazards such as hurricanes, earthquakes, tsunamis, landslides and cloudbursts are mainly due to natural causes but are intensified by human actions which may emerge as natural disasters in the future. Deforestation increases landslides in mountainous areas. Coastal mangrove vegetation is prone to floods, hurricanes and tsunamis. Earthquakes and Landslides are also on the rise due to mining. Roads, bridges and buildings built for development work in mountainous areas change the shape of the rocks and the rocks become weaker and cannot withstand natural upheavals.

Mutual Ratio of Development & Environmental Principles

Given all these critical conditions, the extent of development needs to be determined in relation to the environment. Proper adherence to environmental norms is essential in construction work. Development will be sustainable and qualitative only when there is a balance with nature. The concept of sustainability can only be embodied by determining the basic structure of development in the light of nature. Chapter 8 of Agenda 21 of the Earth Summit calls on the governments of the countries to expand the existing system of national economic accounting to include environmental and social issues as well as natural resources of at least all the member countries can be included.

Value Addition In Economic Activities

Valuation in economic activities if to compensate for the environmental degradation caused by

economic development A reduction in GDP could provide a good indicator of economic growth. Economic development and It is important to keep in mind that environmental issues are basically local and should be considered in the context of the environment when formulating policy on natural resources. Efforts should be made to establish environmental values in education. If the value of environmental protection is developed in the citizens, the problems of law making and enforcement will automatically end. Proper adherence to all the above conditions can easily make all inclusive and sustainable development tools possible. Correlation between environment and economic development.

Economic development is an ongoing process, although each development has its own positive and negative consequences. But taking care of the environment when development is taking place for the benefit of the residents Equally important. If development is done without taking care of the environment, it has a negative impact on the environment and for that reason it will have a detrimental effect on the social elements or residents living in the area. Environment and economic development are interrelated, on the other hand a countrys economic progress also affects the environment. Similarly, depletion of environmental resources also affects economic development. There are many such environmental policies. By adopting which we can also save our environment and also ensure our economic progress.

Mutual Approach to Balance the Environment & Economic Development

Economic development is essential for the progress of the country. Only when a country can provide adequate employment opportunities to its citizens can it achieve economic growth. So that the citizens, laborers, residents can all be free from poverty and live a better life. Such development reduces income inequality, i.e. economic inequality. The more a country makes economic progress, the higher its revenue tax increases, and the less government spending on welfare services related to unemployment and poverty, the more important the environment plays in a country's economic progress. A large part of the country's development is linked to production in various sectors. It requires more natural resources like water, fossil fuels, natural resources, soil in different parts of the manufacturing sector. However the product also causes pollution absorption by the environment. In addition, overuse of resources for production

creates a problem of lack of resources in the environment. The continued use of natural resources and increasing pollution levels will further degrade the quality of environmental resources, which will not only affect the quality of products. Instead, it will cause all sorts of health problems to the workers involved in its production and is very detrimental to those for whom it is made.

Sustainable Development &  Environmental Conservation

In order to enjoy economic development, we attach special importance to the conservation of

environmental resources is important. It is very important to balance the environment and economic development, not only will we be able to enjoy the progress we have made in this way, but it will also benefit our future generations. Sustainable development depends on three pillars of sustainability - economic, environmental and Socially, these three things are its cornerstones. Environmental sustainability means air, water and climate. An important part of sustainable development is the adoption of activities or planning measures that contribute to sustainable environmental resources. By which we will not only be able to meet our human needs but we will also be able to meet the needs of future generations.

Environment & Sustainable Development : Reality & Prospectus

The concept of sustainable development stems from the Brutland Commission, established in 1987. According to this phrase, sustainable development is a development under which the present generation meets our needs, But at the same time ensures adequate security of resources. So that the demands of future generations can also be met in the years to come. At the 2015 United Nations Sustainable Development Summit (UN Sustainable Development Summit), world leaders set some goals for sustainable development, which are as follows.

1. Poverty must be eradicated from the world.

2. To promote sustainable economic development by providing full employment and good jobs

    to all.

3. Achieving the goal of equality and empowerment through the backwardness of women.

4. To maintain water sustainability and ensure hygienic measures for all.

5. Trying to live a healthy life for all without any age discrimination.

6. Promoting lifelong reading and learning opportunities for all.

7. Promoting sustainable farming systems and ensuring availability of nutritious food for all.

8. Reducing inequality between countries.

9. To provide safe and sustainable human housing for all.

10. Protection of water resources and their sustainable development.

11. Restoring the Global Partnership for Sustainable Development.

12. Properly produce and consume the product.

13. To provide sustainable energy to all.

14. Promoting innovation and sustainable industrialization.

15. Adoption of measures to combat climate change.

16. Terrestrial and forest ecosystems should be restored so that soil erosion can be stopped.

17. To create effective and accountable institutions, so that everyone gets justice at every

      level.

The above objectives have been set for the eradication of poverty as well as for the fight against climate change and injustice by the year 2030. These very important decisions have been made so that we can conserve these natural resources for the needs of our next generation.

The Goals of Sustainable Development & Protection of the Environment

It is very important that we take the necessary steps to protect the environment to achieve the goal of sustainable development. In this way, it will not only be beneficial for the present people

but also for future generations to benefit from it and this is the main goal of sustainable development. This is why sustainable development is essential to protect the environment. Environmental protection means the protection, preservation, management and improvement of the environment and its inhabitants. The main goal of sustainable development is to preserve the environment and resources for future generations and to use them in such a way that they can be used for future generations even after our use. Because of this, it is very important to strive for sustainable development as well as environmental protection.

Ways of Environmental Protection & Sustainable Development

There are two ways to protect the environment.

1) To protect natural resources or to live in a way that minimizes damage to the environment. Environment means air, water and land and its interrelationship with humans. The broad range includes plants, soil, fossil fuels, minerals, etc. Floods and rains reduce soil erosion and clean the air by many people. Water is used not only by humans but also by agriculture, for the survival of organisms such as plants and animals and for production in various fields. For this, it is necessary to take care of the environment of economic development.

2) The struggle between economic development and environment in any country has been going on for a long time. The adverse effects on the environment due to rapid economic development have been observed many times. The indiscriminate economic development of some countries is believed to be responsible for global warming. Therefore, today the world is thinking about how to achieve sustainable economic development in the country without harming the environment and how to bring all the countries of the world on the same platform. In fact, today, problems such as climate change, water scarcity, economic inequality and hunger are taking a terrible toll on all nations. All these serious problems can be solved only through sustainable economic development. But how can this sustainable economic development be achieved without harming the environment is a direct question facing all countries today. Development and the environment are closely linked. Development cannot be considered without considering the environment. Even if we ignore the environment, it will definitely affect development in the end. The real question is how to strike a balance between environment and development. Which way is it, there is no hindrance in the pace of development and no harm to the environment.

How Can An Ecological Balance of Economic Development Be Achieved?

Economic development can only happen with the help of the environment because some of the products that will be made in the factory tomorrow are made from the elements taken from the environment. This is why it is in our own interest that we should protect the environment and exploit it wisely. Environment and Economic development cannot be separated. Only if the environment is healthy can economic development move forward. And then the goal of reducing poverty, hunger can also be achieved. Economic development will be beneficial economic development while protecting the environment. If we succeed in saving the environment, we should leave some of that money for our future children to use the resources and this will enable future generations to develop as they want. That is why there must be a balance between the environment and economic development. Today it is necessary to bring the minimum level of carbon emissions spread by industry to a minimum and also to present this question in all countries globally. All countries must contribute together in this work. India is working to reduce its use of fossil fuels. Serious efforts are being made to maximize the use of non-fossil fuel energy sources. As the Government of India is focusing on the use of solar energy. Efforts are also being made to minimize the use of coal as a fuel.

Conflicts Between Developed &  Developing Economies

In fact, there is a conflict of interest between developed and developing countries. The Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) were set in 2000 and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in 2015, which should be achieved by 2030. There is a lack of effort for this too, especially in developed countries. The environment is being used to meet both luxury and basic needs. Today we need to decide how much natural resources should be used for luxury needs by developed countries and how much natural resources should be used by developing countries to meet basic needs. Today all the countries of the world are just taking from nature and cannot go back to nature. If you just keep spending like this, no matter how much financial planning you do, this fund will be empty. That is why it is time to think about how much natural resources should be used to sustain our eternal heritage, leaving our natural resources to future generations. Countries that have taken the most from nature are now backtracking when it is their responsibility to return. While this imbalance needs to be rectified in today’s situation, it is very worrying that developed countries are looking for loopholes today. However, in many countries such as China, India, Southeast Asia and Africa, the population is found to be growing rapidly. However, per capita consumption of natural resources is low in these countries. Importantly, developed countries may have smaller populations, but the per capita cost of natural resources is much higher. In this situation, in principle, developed countries should contribute more and come forward to improve the environment. So the situation is that the developed countries today are not ready to change the current situation because they will have to spend a lot on the technological changes to be made in the factories tomorrow, which these countries are not ready to do there.

Natural &  Man-Made Energy Sources

With regard to the natural and man-made energy sources available in the country, there is also a way that its exploitation can be controlled by making efficient use of the available resources. This is being addressed in India, especially in the energy sector.  There is a lot of work being done in India in the field of solar energy. The approach to measuring economic growth must also change. Sustainable and stable growth should be a measure of economic growth rather than GDP growth so that natural reserves are maintained. At the same time, the recycling industry should be given a boost. It will also create new employment opportunities. The value of any item can be increased. Efficient use of resources and products should be encouraged. One third of the worlds production is wasted. The situation is similar in India in general. Growing these crops emits a lot of carbon, uses a lot of water, uses transportation. But how much food is wasted at the party. There is a lot of vegetable waste in the house. But it takes a lot of resources to grow them. Can be saved through austerity.

Soil Conservation & Economic Development

Soil conservation is also a major issue for the agricultural sector. This reduces the countries GDP by 2.5 per cent. It also destroys the nutrients inside the crop. It is very easy to save your available land. It can be prevented from growing grass, planting trees, growing shrubs. It takes time to stop using fertilizers. Even with these small measures, the environment can be greatly improved. In India, the Policy Commission has prepared a Sustainable Development Index with 17 points. The list of all the states is decided every year on the basis of performance on these 17 issues. This creates a sense of competition among all the states in the country to improve the environment. This experiment of the Policy Commission is leading to many new experiments being carried out by many states in the country to improve the environment.

Conclusion

The concept of all inclusive and sustainable development is related to the use of our resources. If natural resources continue to be used rapidly in this way before their re-storage, it will completely degrade our environmental level and if it is not taken care of now, this pollution will not save our natural resources adequately. This will be one of the reasons for our economic and social ruin in the years to come. This is why it is so important when we try to achieve the goal of sustainable development by keeping our environment in mind. Efforts are made to conserve natural resources under sustainable development so that they can be pledged to meet the needs of future generations. The most important thing is the need for sustainable development in a way that protects the environment for the safety of our future generations. Currently environmental protection and sustainable development The most important thing is that there are some major issues related to global warming and the environment at present. Global warming refers to the problem of global warming due to permanent climate change on the earth, industrial pollution, increasing environmental pollution on the earth, greenhouse gas emissions and depletion of the ozone layer. Scientists have also proven that the earths temperature is rising and if the necessary steps are not taken to stop it, the problem will become more serious, which will have a negative impact on our environment and human health. The rapid exploitation of natural resources has also become a major concern. Due to the large population, the earth's natural resources are being used before they can be replenished. The problem of global warming is due to low production rates of agricultural products and depletion of natural resources. If this continues, the earths population will soon face not only food shortages, but also a shortage of resources to complete any development process.

Chemicals are used in their production to address shortages in food and agricultural products. This not only degrades the quality of the soil but also has a negative impact on human health. If this process continues, the people of the earth will suffer terrible consequences. In recent years, the earths atmosphere and its resources have suffered greatly from these causes. If significant steps are not taken to address the environmental crisis, the problem is likely to get

worse. Protection of forests and lakes is also essential to prevent the problem of global warming. Trees should not be cut down unless absolutely necessary. At this time we need to plant more and more trees, even a small step taken by our large population can make a significant contribution to the protection of the environment. It is also very important in terms of environmental protection, biodiversity and wildlife conservation. In addition, every inhabitant of

the earth needs to make a significant contribution to prevent the depletion of the ozone layer. Devices responsible for depletion of the ozone layer are mainly found in refrigerators and air

conditioners Used, including hydrochloralfluorocarbons (HCFC) and chlorofluorocarbons (CFC) Used as a refrigerant. These are the main factors that are depleting the ozone layer. This is why it is so important that you use HCFCs and CFCs as refrigerators. In addition, HROFC and CFC should also avoid the use of aerosol substances as they also use HCFC and CFC. By adopting the above mentioned measures and taking precautions we can reduce the carbon emissions in the atmosphere.
